ZBrush Export 3D Photo
This is a simple ZBrush 2019 plugin to export both files needed to post a 3D photo to facebook with one click. Both .jpg files are exported and named appropriately and ready to be dragged into a facebook post as a 3D photo with the depth correctly configured to avoid white tearing.

Installation: Unzip and place the "Export3DPhoto.TXT" file in your macros folder located usually in: "C:\Program Files\Pixologic\ZBrush 2019\ZStartup\Macros\" in Zbrush, press macro -> Reload All Macros. The "Export 3D Photo Files" button will appear in the Zplugin menu under the "Spiraloid" group.
notes:
You can render w BPR or best, fast etc as this utility just saves the canvas in whatever state you have it in when you push the button. It does a grab doc and adjusts the alpha before turning it into a texture and exporting. I recommend setting your document size to 2048 x 2731 pixels before exporting, but any resolution should suffice.
